DESCRIPTION:

Fiborex is a high fiber, sugar free effervescent granules containing Espagul husk obtained from the seeds of Plantago ovata. Fiborex is highly effective in relieving chronic constipation, colostomy, ileostomy , hemorrhoids, anal fissures, chronic diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, Monitor bowel problems in patients with ulcerative colitis. As the mucilage present in the stomach heals ulcers of the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines, Fiborex is very effective in curing chronic dysentery and diarrhea. It also protects cholesterol and glucose levels.

INDICATION:

* chronic constipation

* Irritable bowel syndrome

* Diarrhoea.

Dosage:

Adult and Children over 12 years: 1 tea-Spoonfuls  with 150-200 ml water, 1-2 times daily.

Children 6 to 12 years: 1-1/2  tea-Spoonfuls  with 150-200 ml water, 1-2 times daily.           

Children under 6 years: 1/2  tea-Spoonfuls  with 100-150 ml water, 1-2 times daily.

 or as prescribed by the physician.

Contra-indication:

There is no known contra – indication

No when consumed in prescribed doses No significant side effects were observed. Abdominal flatulence, flatulence and acid obstruction are sometimes observed after use has been noticed. The dry powder has been observed to cause obstruction in the alimentary canal when taken orally. Therefore, it is not advisable to take the dry powder orally with laxative food.
